Possesses extensive business and learning consultancy expertise. Senior Corporate experience includes 15 years leading teams (from 7 to 700) in various large functions (e.g. £35m P&L p.a. accountability) within a global top 10 organisation.

Combined with the past eight years working as a Consultant to top FTSE companies he provides a unique skill set that delivers results to businesses – large or small.

By listening, understanding and articulating the culture, attitude, skills and knowledge gap we then deliver pragmatic solutions to business issues.

Ensures the ‘Why’, ‘What’ and importantly the ‘How’ are delivered to individuals/teams by the most cost effective and appropriate learning methodology available.

With roles ranging from leading Regulated Sales training teams in one of the worlds top FS organisation to Training and Competency (T & C) consultancy projects for new Financial Services companies, Lesley brings a superb skill set to LBLC.

Over 20 years experience in the interpretation of regulatory requirements for the development and maintenance of training and competence schemes.

Highly influential in ensuring the interpretation of FCA regulatory requirements are implemented pragmatically whilst delivering business results.

Her expertise in the interpretation through to implementation of Training and Competency regulations are complimented by her Project, people leadership and recruitment interviewing skills.
